Our Services
-
Talk therapy offers a space to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. We work with you to navigate challenges, build self-awareness, and create meaningful change in your daily life. We help individuals, couples, and partners—monogamous, queer, and polyamorous—improve communication, repair conflict, and strengthen connection. Therapy focuses on understanding patterns and building more secure, intentional relationships.
-
KAP combines ketamine sessions with therapy to support deeper emotional processing and insight. This approach can help shift entrenched patterns when traditional therapy alone hasn’t been enough.
-
Group therapy offers a supportive space to connect with others navigating similar challenges while developing insight into your own patterns and relationships. In a guided and structured setting, you can explore themes like communication, attachment, identity, and emotional regulation while receiving both professional support and shared reflection from others in the group.
-
Intensive therapy sessions are extended, focused sessions designed for individuals or couples who want to go deeper in a shorter amount of time. This format allows for concentrated work on key issues such as relationship conflict, trust repair, intimacy concerns, or long-standing emotional patterns, supporting faster insight, breakthroughs, and meaningful change. A session can last 3 hours or for a full weekend.
-
Sex therapy provides a supportive space to explore intimacy, desire, and communication. We work with individuals and partners to address concerns and build a more connected, satisfying sexual relationship. Sex therapy, like all therapy, does not include any kind of sexual touch.
