Katherine Caldeira
You may appear capable and put together while privately carrying anxiety, depression, stress, or a sense that you are stuck. Balancing work, parenting, relationships, and everyday responsibilities can leave little room to understand your needs. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and reconnect with your strengths. I support adults navigating life transitions and medication-related concerns, as well as couples seeking greater closeness. I welcome diverse identities, experiences, and relationship structures and will meet you with curiosity, compassion, and respect.
If you are experiencing medication-related symptoms or considering tapering, you deserve a voice in your care. While I do not prescribe or give medical advice, I can help you track emotions, build coping skills, prepare questions, and advocate for your needs with your doctor or psychiatrist. Medication changes should be supervised by a qualified prescriber.
In couples therapy, I help partners recognize recurring cycles, explore the emotions and attachment needs beneath conflict, and build greater safety and connection. Drawing from EFT, narrative therapy, and solution-focused approaches, we will honor partners' perspectives while creating new ways to communicate, respond, and move forward together.
